- Speech and Hearing Science is home to a state-of-the-art Speech-Language Clinic that provides diagnostic and treatment services for children and adults with speech, hearing, or language disorders. Here students get to:

- Speech and Hearing Science fosters student involvement through its National Student Speech-Language Hearing Association (NSSLHA) chapter. Geared solely to students, it provides mentoring support and outreach opportunities to make a difference through the international programs such as Operation Smile, as well as locally driven initiatives to help secure funds for hearing aids for children and their families.
